HIGHLIGHTS - RESELLER POLICY
FOR PUGMARKS HOSTING SOLUTIONS
For dedicated and co-located servers a one time
initial commission of Rs.6000 (Rupees Six Thousand)
shall be payable to the Agent. This commission will
be paid only in the case where company has charged
standard prices for server setup.
7% (Seven Percent) recurring commission shall also
be made payable from the rental charges, on quarterly
or monthly basis as applicable.
For shared hosting services a commission of 10%
(Ten percent) shall be given for all the respective
packages.
The recurring commission shall be payable only
in case where the Agent is involved in the payment
collection process.
Commission will be paid after deduction of Tax
Deduction at Source (TDS), if applicable, against
Form 16.
Commission will only be payable upon the final
realization of dues from the client.
The Agent shall procure orders from customers for
and on behalf of the company.
The Agent shall communicate to the company, in
writing, all schedules for supplies of services to
be made to the Client and coordinate the same with
Company and the Client.
The Agent-ship is renewal on yearly basis depending
on the track record and performance.
